Liqueurs Beers & Spirits ship to anywhere within the UK.

Delivery Charges

The easiest way to work out how much you will have to pay for shipping is to add the required items to your shopping cart. Once in the cart you can click on the 'Calculate Shipping' button.

Delivery Schedule

Urgent orders - If you require your order for an urgent deadline, please call on Freephone 0800 634 8615 as we may be able to help.

All other orders - Whilst we ask customers to allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, most items are usually in stock and immediately available so orders are generally received within just a few days.

All courier deliveries will be delivered between Monday and Friday within working hours. Smaller orders may be delivered by Royal Mail and could be delivered on a Saturday.

If your item(s) are not in stock, we will place the item on back order it for you. You will always be kept up to date via email or phone with the option to change the item if you would rather not continue to wait.

If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, a second delivery charge will be made before the goods are re-delivered.

Please note that if your order should become lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when placing your order, we will not be held responsible for the loss.

For those customers that enter an alternative delivery address in the special instructions box that is not signed for (e.g. please leave in porch, please leave round back of property etc), Liqueurs Beers & Spirits will not be held responsible if the consignment goes missing or becomes damaged once the delivery has been made.

Returns Policy

Should you have any issues with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to rectify any problems that may have arisen with your purchase.

Damaged items - If any items you have purchased from Liqueurs Beers & Spirits should be delivered damaged, we reserve the right to request the damaged product(s) returned to us in any original packaging. A new item will be dispatched upon receipt and possibly upon investigation.

Erroneous Items - Items sent out in error by Liqueurs Beers & Spirits will be exchanged for the correct item. Where possible we will arrange for an uplift of the incorrect item(s). Once the item(s) are received back at our warehouse we will dispatch the correct item(s) to you.

Where refunds are given, Liqueurs Beers & Spirits reserve the right to issue a credit note (where appropriate). This is at the discretion of the company management.
