LagerWe have a fine range of premium Lagers from across the world. Lager is traditionally much lighter in colour than Beer and usually far milder in taste. A general rule-of-thumb is as the colour of the lager darkens, the taste intensifies in complexity. The difference between Lager and Beer is mostly in the fermentation process as Lager is fermented at a much lower temperature and using a different type of yeast.
